About The Role:
This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating Council’s asset management function and driving the continuous improvement of asset management practices, systems and planning.
In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose asset management frameworks that support long-term financial sustainability, infrastructure performance and service delivery outcomes. You will work across the organisation to ensure asset management practices are integrated, evidence-based and aligned to Council’s strategic objectives.
You’ll also lead and develop a small team, providing clear direction, building capability and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture. Success in this role looks like strong asset intelligence, robust lifecycle governance, and improved decision-making across the organisation.

About Our Team:
The Asset Management team delivers asset management services across our City. This involves the management and monitoring of Council’s assets using data to ensure services and infrastructure are provided and maintained in a cost-effective and sustainable manner.
The Detail:
The position is offered on a full-time permanent basis and is classified at Level 8, with a starting salary of $135,065.47 per annum + Super + Annual Leave Loading.
