About The Role:This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating Council’s asset management function and driving the continuous improvement of asset management practices, systems and planning.In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of fit-for-purpose asset management frameworks that support long-term financial sustainability, infrastructure performance and service delivery outcomes. You will work across the organisation to ensure asset management practices are integrated, evidence-based and aligned to Council’s strategic objectives.You’ll also lead and develop a small team, providing clear direction, building capability and fostering a collaborative, customer-focused culture. About The Role:
